Especially for those with Parkinson’s, and their family, friends, and caregivers
Thomas Academy has developed an online Tai Chi program especially for those persons with Parkinson’s Disease in mind. We strongly recommend that family members, friends, and caregivers also learn and participate. Our program is applicable and appropriate for all stages of Parkinson’s. Tai Chi is for all ages and fitness levels.

Shifu Rick Thomas is Certified in APDA's Parkinson's Disease Awareness Training for Fitness Professionals.

Instructions for signing up for our integrated payment and video site
